Refund Policy

At Solvance Software, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.


1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 3 business days of payment.

  • A major service issue prevents delivery as agreed and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The project has been partially or fully completed.

  • Delays occur due to client-side factors (e.g., late feedback, content, or approvals).

  • The client changes project requirements after work has started.


3. Custom Work & Digital Products

All custom software, design work, and digital deliverables are non-refundable once approved and delivered.
